These Rates are a guideline based on our experience and have been established after careful competitive analysis and consideration for fair value to our clients. We understand each client and their situation may be unique. We welcome any opportunity to discuss and discover your specific circumstances and how we may be able adjust our rates to meet your individual needs.
A minimum $200.00 deposit required at time of services commissioned. Payment in full required before delivery of images.
Copyrights for all delivered digital image files and reproductions remain with Ron Friesen (the photographer). Clients understand and agree the photographer accepts no liability for costs or damages arising from the photo session, or any future use of the images.
Unless agreed to in writing before the photo session, permission of the photographer is required before images may be used in any commercial endeavour or in association with any special cause or public statement, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, promotion, publicity or sales. Extra charges may apply for commercial and editorial publication.
Ron Friesen is a visual artist who works with light to present stories, abstract ideas and subjects of interest. He periodically releases an image from his collection and makes it available for sale to anyone who will appreciate and enjoy the artwork.

Special Rate discounts may apply for repeat clients, meaning clients who book more than one session per quarter, or provide referrals which result in third party sessions during the same period. * 1st draft Edited digital images are made available to the client as requested and as agreed. Additional edited digital images may be ordered at any time, price to be determined. Further editing of images may be charged extra to rates listed. ** Prints of digital images will be produced by a third party. We are happy to consult with client to determine print requirements, and will administrate the production, framing and delivery requirements if client requests...cost to be determined by requirements and will represent an administrative markup on third party pricing. *** limited use rights must be assigned in writing by the copyright owner.
