The  gifted dancer owns the room. The room makes me thirsty for coffee and  whiskey, music and rapture. Once inside the street becomes distant,  nothing else matters. Time slows. She is immaculate.

A  semi-lucid state of mind is depicted. A couple of vague human figures  at lower right recline against a tree, their minds slipping back and  forth between the real landscape and its dream counterpart.

A  couple appears, seeming to rise up from the rain-flooding  streets into the city night, under city lights, towards a car to carry  them away. Strangers appear and disappear from view like  ghosts, as if no one is watching. As if no one notices. As if....
